Once your order is placed into production we are unable to change or edit your order. Orders placed during business hours are put into production within 1 hour of placement; orders placed after hours are put into production the next business morning.
If you would like to cancel your order, our team will contact Allflex to ensure this can be done. There are instances that the order is too far into production and cannot be canceled. If it can be cancelled a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
As a reminder: The only information we receive from Allflex regarding orders is that the order was received and then the tracking number when it ships. We do not know where it is in their production queue nor what the ship date will be. Tracking information is sent to you via email as soon as we receive it. Refunds
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
- Store credit can also be requested.
