How to Apply Allflex EID and Two-Piece Ear Tags

This article has detailed steps and best practices for application of the Allflex two-piece visual (VID) tags and Electronic Identification (EID) ear tags.

Allflex two-piece tags can be applied with the four following tag applicator options.

• Allflex UTT3S Applicator - can apply two-piece VID and EID tags
• Allflex Universal Total Tagger Applicator - can apply two-piece VID and EID tags
• Allflex Global Retractomatic Applicator - can apply two-piece VID tags only
• Allflex EID Ultra Retractomatic Applicator - can apply two-piece EID tags only
